New Delhi, 1999. The guns at Kargil are much blazing when a new one goes off, such bit in the nation's capital. No One Killed Jessica, a dramatic new thriller according to UTV Motion Pictures is inspired by true livlihood incidences which tracked the overwhelming murder of Jessica Lal in 1999. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film stars Vidya Balan and Rani Mukherjee and should release on 7th January 2011.
